Directions for use
As a food supplement, on day 1-3 dissolve 2 measuring spoons (1.85 g each) in a glass of water (250 ml) in the morning and evening and drink immediately. From day 4 use 2 measuring spoons in the evening, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
